About
204 IT Solutions exists because small businesses deserve the same kind of automation big companies have, without enterprise prices, jargon or lock-in.
At a glance

204 is Winnipeg's area code, and for a long time it was Manitoba's only one. The name is a reminder of who we work for: local businesses that are busy, practical and allergic to hype.
We're not a help desk and we're not a software reseller. We're a small team that learns how your business works, finds the repetitive work that's slowing it down, and builds systems to handle it.
We build the systems that sit between the software a small business already pays for. Most of our work falls into a few categories:
We also offer managed IT and security, but only as a companion to that work. We're not a break-fix shop.
Our clients are usually owner-led businesses with somewhere between 5 and 100 people. They're big enough that admin is eating real hours, and small enough that nobody's job is to fix it. Most of them are in one of four industries: trades and contractors, clinics, real estate, and accounting and professional services.
We're based in Winnipeg and work on-site across the city. For the rest of Manitoba we mostly work remotely and visit for kickoffs and training. See our service areas.
We're probably not the right fit if you need a large product built by a big development team, or if you have an in-house data team that needs an enterprise data warehouse. We'll tell you if that's the case and, where we can, point you to someone better suited.
Every project starts with a number we agree on together: hours per week, calls answered, invoices processed, errors removed. We measure it before we build and again after launch, so both of us know whether it worked.
When we write about funding, privacy or regulation in our guides, we link to the official source for every claim, date each guide, and review it when programs change. Those guides are general information, not legal or financial advice.
How we work
No jargon. If we can't explain it simply, we shouldn't be building it.
Ranges on our pricing page, and fixed quotes for every project.
Your accounts, your code, your documentation. Leave any time.
We agree on the numbers before we build, whether that's hours saved, calls answered or errors removed, and report on them after.
Business-grade AI tools, Canadian hosting where it matters, and PHIA-aware setups for clinics.
A Winnipeg team you can meet in person, not a ticket queue.
