What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, business, email, phone number and message. Our website may also collect basic, aggregated analytics such as pages visited and device type.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your inquiry, deliver services you've asked for, and run our business. We don't sell personal information.
Service providers and cross-border processing
We use trusted service providers for email, forms, hosting and analytics. Some of them may store or process information outside Canada, where it may be accessible to foreign authorities under local law. We choose providers with appropriate safeguards and contractual protections.
Client data in our projects
When we build automations or AI tools for clients, we handle client data under a separate agreement. We use it only for that project, protect it with appropriate safeguards, and don't use it to train AI models.
Your rights
