AI opportunity assessment
We interview your team, map key processes and rank opportunities by hours saved, risk and cost.
AI consulting
Our AI consulting in Winnipeg starts with your business, not the technology. We look at where your team's hours actually go, find the two or three places where AI can take real work off their plate, and then we build it. You get recommendations you can act on, plus a team that can deliver them.
Owners tell us the same story. They know AI matters, they've tried ChatGPT, and they've read the headlines. But they don't know which tasks are worth automating, which tools are safe for client data, or what any of it should cost.
A good AI consultant should answer those questions in weeks, not months, and should be willing to say "don't use AI for that" when a simpler fix is better.
Scope
We interview your team, map key processes and rank opportunities by hours saved, risk and cost.
ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini or a purpose-built tool? We compare them against your data, budget and privacy needs.
A short, readable policy covering what staff can and can't put into AI tools, written for Canadian privacy law.
We build the highest-value idea as a working pilot, usually an automation, an assistant or an AI receptionist.
We agree on the numbers up front (hours, response time, errors) and report on them after launch.
If you're applying for BDC LIFT or another program, we help scope the project so it fits the criteria.
We're based in Winnipeg and work on-site across the city. For businesses elsewhere in Manitoba, including Steinbach, Brandon, Selkirk and Winkler, we run the assessment remotely and visit for kickoff when it helps. See our service areas.
BDC's LIFT program, launched in April 2026, offers loans for AI and digital adoption. It requires a plan from BDC Advisory Services and the use of Canadian technology suppliers and integrators. As a Manitoba-based integrator, we can be that supplier. There's a $1M revenue floor, so it isn't a fit for everyone. Our BDC LIFT guide explains who qualifies, and our AI funding guide covers the Manitoba alternatives.

FAQ
We find the specific tasks where AI can save time or improve service, recommend the right tools, set rules for safe use, and build the first solution. You end up with something working, not just a report.
Assessments usually run a few thousand dollars, and implementation is quoted per project. Our pricing page lists current ranges.
It can be, with the right tools and settings. Consumer AI accounts and business accounts handle data very differently. Our AI privacy guide covers PIPEDA and Manitoba's PHIA.
No. Our clients are contractors, clinics, accounting firms and realtors. The best AI projects are usually unglamorous: answering calls, reading documents, drafting follow-ups.
